Multiple Server Queuing System to Analyze the Finite Queue Length

Abstract
This article focuses on the research of various performance measurements using binomial and uniform probability distributions of the queuing model with restricted queue and multiple servers. It also describes the use of customer relationship, spending time in the queue to evaluate the system's different performance measures. The relations of likelihood are used for the derivation of clients spending time in the queue and other parameters will be determined by using Little's formula.
